Frequently asked questions
Do you supply the lights or do I need to provide them?
Both options are available. We can install lights you already own, or supply commercial-grade LED lighting — brighter, more uniform and longer-lasting than retail strings.
Is takedown included?
Yes. Takedown and storage is included in all our installation packages. We'll come back after the holidays, remove everything safely, and store or pack your lights for next season.
When should I book?
Book by late October to guarantee your installation date. November and early December slots fill quickly across the GTA.
